The Italian version of Undercover Boss - Boss in incognito - features successful senior executives going undercover as future employees of their own company. With the help of make-up and costumes, they pretend to join a reality show about life and career change - "Cambio vita, cambio lavoro" - which provides an internal mentoring program where workers explain all different stages of production. They spend a whole week documenting working days as employees, while trying not to be recognized. Finally returned to their real role, the bosses summon the employees they have worked with and reveal their identity. They provide them with both positive and negative feedback and reward them with special prizes.
Once again, television meets the fashion world. After programs like "Quo vado?" and “Sfashion”, the Gran Sasso knitwear factory appears on RAI 2 and proves to be open to a wider audience and ready to face major challenges.
Our Undercover Boss Guido Di Stefano
Guido Di Stefano has totally lived up to our expectation, showing determination, flair and sensitivity that make for a great Italian entrepreneur. After listening to the stories of Antonella, Serafina, Cristiano, Irene and Alexandra, the undercover boss said, "It was a unique opportunity for me and the company. We had a chance to get closer to the general public, showing the hard work of all our employees. Even more importantly, on a personal and business level, I had the opportunity to understand each individual worker that assisted me and that every day helps the dream of my family come true.”
