More than 2.390.000 viewers, namely 9.09% audience share, were moved by the story of Guido Di Stefano, son of one of the 4 founders of the company, and his supervisors.

The Italian version of Undercover Boss - Boss in incognito - features successful senior executives going undercover as future employees of their own company. With the help of make-up and costumes, they pretend to join a reality show about life and career change - "Cambio vita, cambio lavoro" - which provides an internal mentoring program where workers explain all different stages of production. They spend a whole week documenting working days as employees, while trying not to be recognized. Finally returned to their real role, the bosses summon the employees they have worked with and reveal their identity. They provide them with both positive and negative feedback and reward them with special prizes.
Once again, television meets the fashion world. After programs like "Quo vado?" and “Sfashion”, the Gran Sasso knitwear factory appears on RAI 2 and proves to be open to a wider audience and ready to face major challenges.
