RETURNS
Items can be returned free of charge within 14 days of receipt of delivery. For some countries (see Shipping page) return costs are at the customer's expense. Products purchased with custom embroidery cannot be returned, refunded or replaced. In relation to such products, the customer's right of withdrawal shall be deemed excluded. Each product must be returned with all attached tags and labels, in its original packaging and with all accessories and cases (hangers, coat covers, etc.) received with the order. Furthermore, returned products must not show signs of use, scratches or be altered in any way (worn, washed, ironed, etc.) and must be returned in the same condition as were shipped, and adequately packaged.
REPLACEMENTS
Items can be replaced in compliance with the aforementioned return policy. Please indicate in the return request the products to be replaced with. Shipment costs related to replacemente are free of charge. We will automatically create a new order that will be shipped only after receiving the return.
