Returns

Items can be returned free of charge within 14 days from the date of delivery.
For some countries, as indicated on the shipping page, return costs are at the customer's expense.
Products purchased through the custom embroidery service cannot be returned, refunded or replaced. In relation to such products, the customer's right of withdrawal is therefore excluded.
Each product must be returned with all attached tags and labels, in its original packaging and with all accessories and cases received with the order, such as hangers, garment covers or any other included items.
Furthermore, returned products must not show signs of use, scratches or alterations of any kind. They must not have been worn, washed, ironed or modified, and must be returned in the same condition in which they were shipped, properly packaged.

Replacements

Items can be replaced in compliance with the return policy indicated above.
Please indicate in the return request the products with which you would like to make the replacement.
Shipment costs related to replacements are free of charge.
A new order will be created automatically and will be shipped only after the related return has been received.
